Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette with Beet Noodles

Recipe Ingredients:

1 package Nora & Ashley’s Beet Noodles

2/3 cups extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

2 cloves, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Salt and pepper, to taste


In a small jar, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and Italian herbs. Screw on lid and shake vigorously. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare Nora & Ashley’s Beet Noodles according to package directions. Toss with vinaigrette.

Store extra vinaigrette in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
